Sara Sherman is a highly accomplished NeuroRelational Coach(TM) and co-founder of Discovery Horse, a leading behavioral health and mental wellness agency located on a tranquil therapeutic farm in Minnesota. With a profound passion for sustainable healing and growth, Sara has become a transformative force in the lives of countless individuals, families, and whole systems.
Sara's educational journey led her to attain a BA in Counseling Psychology and Equine Experiential Learning from Prescott College, where she discovered her fascination with the unique connection between humans and horses in the healing process. Sara holds countless certifications in various equine related modalities allowing her to integrate equine experiential learning into her innovative coaching approach. Additionally, she has achieved advanced certification as a Natural Lifemanship Practitioner and Trainer, further enhancing her skills in trauma-informed coaching practices. Over the years Sara has trained and been certified in various modalities focusing on attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and somatics. Most recently Sara became a Registered Being With Course Facilitator, a 12 month immersive parent coaching program developed by Robyn Gobbel.
Beyond her work at Discovery Horse, Sara remains dedicated to empowering others through the School of Self program. School of Self emphasizes deep transformation in both personal and professional spheres while providing professional development services for individuals and their agencies.
